CANTERBURY CLUBHOUSE GUIDELINES

The conditions for use of the clubhouse follow:

"Affordable Catering" is leasing the clubhouse facility.

Landowners who wish to use the facility for private functions may do so under the following terms:

1. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required.

2. The lower level of the facility may be used for $25 per event.

3. The full facility may be used for $50 per hour.

4. This does not include set-up and clean-up time.

5. The "TV room" is available for community meetings and events.
